Mission & Philosophy
Developers are the most overlooked people in crypto. We’re here to change that.
Why We Built DevScan
Every memecoin has a dev behind it. But right now, devs get a lot of hate and almost no credit, no clout, and no reputation. Traders and KOLs get all the fame—devs are expected to stay anonymous, sell nothing.
The current ecosystem actually encourages rugging because:
There’s no reward for sticking around.
One small sell makes you a “rugger” forever.
Reputation systems simply don’t exist on Solana.
Selling or taking profit is always treated as betrayal.
We’ve been in the trenches, and it sucks. Developers deserve recognition and should be able to build trust without stigma.
Developers Matter Just as Much as Traders
Memecoins aren’t just gambling. They’re creative experiments. Developers are just as important as traders—without devs creating, no one has anything to trade.
It doesn’t really matter if a coin launched on PumpFun, Bonk, or anywhere else. What matters is who launched it.
Fixing the Trenches Ecosystem
We believe the problems aren’t because traders or devs are “bad.” It’s the current conditions and tools that encourage bad behavior.
Right now, devs have zero incentive to hold tokens or build long-term trust. Its actually more rewarding to rug. Traders are in the same shoes, conditioned to flip instantly because the dev usually disappears immediately and everything dies very fast.
We built DevScan to change these conditions.
Our Vision
We want a different memecoin world, where:
Devs get rewarded for long-term commitment.
Traders get real context, not random gambling.
Holding becomes smarter than instant flipping.
Reputation matters as much as quick profit.
Our bigger vision is to build a world where memecoin developers can become trusted “slot providers” in the crypto casino—each with their own reputation, style, and audience.
As PumpFun founder Alon said, launchpads are basically on-chain casinos—but right now, every slot is random. We believe that if we bring reputation and trust into the game, everybody wins.
That’s DevScan. That’s why we’re here.
